On 29th April 2023, Deaf Link, in collaboration with Caritas-Valvuthayam’s Centre for Disabled unit, organized a medical camp for the elderly in Mn/Thuya Joseph Vaz M.V, Manthai West. The event was a great success, and the organizers were able to deliver much-needed support and mobility aids to the elderly in the area.
The medical camp was organized with the aim of providing medical and mobility support to the elderly in the region. Deaf Link, an organization that works towards empowering the deaf and hard of hearing community, took the initiative to collaborate with Caritas-Valvuthayam’s Centre for Disabled unit, which provides support and assistance to people with disabilities.
