The certificate awarding ceremony was organized by Valvuthayam Vocational Training Institute Vavuniya for the Computer Application Assistant (CAA) NVQ L3 course students who had successfully completed the course at the end of December 2022. 15 students are honored with NVQ level 3 certificates on the 1st of April 2023. This computer application assistance project was funded jointly by 5 donor Dutch Foundations (Rockids, Wild Ganzen, Helping Hand Foundation, Havonos, and Ayubowan).
