As part of Caritas Valvuthayam’s Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Programme under the Kinder Mission Project, a Prenatal and Postnatal Awareness Program was conducted on October 22, 2024, at the MOH office in Madhu. This initiative was dedicated to supporting pregnant mothers in the Madhu MOH area through essential health education and the provision of nutritious food packages.
With 19 participants, the program featured Dr. Basil (MOH – Madhu) and Mr. X. Thayan Croos, a Nursing Officer from Mannar General Hospital, who shared their expertise on vital topics affecting maternal and child health.
