We, Caritas-Valvuthayam greatly appreciate your Contribution through our Centre For Disabled unit for providing a Below Knee Prosthetic device to Mr. S. Vimalanathan from Samarabagu Valveddithurai, from the district of Jaffna who lost his right side lower limps due to an amputation because of a high level diabetic in the year of 2020.
