The Valvuthayam Vocational Training Institute – Mannar proudly held its Certificate Awarding Ceremony for the Information and Communication Technology Technician (ICTT) NVQ Level 3 students of Batch 1 and Batch 2 (2025) on 8th September 2025.

The joyous occasion was graced by Rev. Fr. G.A. Arulraj Croos, Director of Caritas-Valvuthayam – Mannar, who addressed the gathering and congratulated the students on their achievements.

A total of 25 students successfully completed the NVQ Level 3 certification in ICT, with 11 students being personally honored and awarded certificates by Rev. Fr. Arulraj Croos during the event.

This milestone marks another significant step in Caritas-Valvuthayam’s ongoing commitment to empowering youth through quality vocational education and technical skill development, helping them build brighter and more sustainable futures.
