Empowering Youth Through Skills: ICTT NVQ Level 3 Certificate Ceremony in Vavuniya

The Valvuthayam Vocational Training Institute – Vavuniya proudly hosted the Certificate Awarding Ceremony for the Information and Communication Technology Technician (ICTT) NVQ Level 3 students of Batch 1 and Batch 2 (2025) on 29th October 2025.

The event was graced by Rev. Fr. G.A. Arulraj Croos, Director of Caritas-Valvuthayam, who delivered an inspiring address and extended his heartfelt congratulations to the graduates.

A total of 16 students were present and received their NVQ Level 3 certificates personally from Rev. Fr. Arulraj Croos, marking a significant milestone in their educational and professional journey.

This memorable occasion stands as a testament to Caritas-Valvuthayam’s unwavering commitment to empowering youth through quality vocational education and technical skill development, paving the way for brighter and more sustainable futures.
