Caritas-Valvuthayam Vocational Training Institute is offering ICTT (Information and Communication Technology Technician) courses for the new batches from the 10th of June 2024. It’s a four months certificate course. This course is designed with a 4 months English course for students. It is a great opportunity for them, during their interim period, to prepare themselves to enter into university studies, higher education studies, and other life skill courses.  Altogether Mannar and Vavuniya 33 students have enrolled and are continuing their studies. This e-learning project was funded jointly by 5 donor Dutch Foundations (Rockids, Wild Ganzen, Helping Hand Foundation, Havonos, and Ayubowan).
