Awareness Against Child Abuse
CBOs in Mullikkulam, Keerisuttan, Kalmadu, Parasankulam, 2nd Mile post and Sinnapandivichchan have taken action against child abuse. Cases of child abuse have increased during these COVID-19 outbreaks. Mid- term evaluation 2018/2019 meeting was held on 14/07/2020 at Valvuthayam hall-Mannar.CBO members, preschool children parents, school children and staff participated in this meeting. 2018/2019 activities were evaluated in the above meeting.
Capacity building programme for farmers
Capacity building programme for farmers were conducted at thaalikkulam and 150 housing scheme -thaalikkulam villages on 22,24/07/2020.Agriculture instructor (AI) also participated in this meeting. Further, seeds packs were distributed to 80 home garden beneficiaries by programme staff.
