Caritas Valvuthayam’s Centre for Disabled (CFD) continues its commitment to empowering persons with disabilities by supporting a special initiative organized by ChildFund Sri Lanka.

On July 7th and 8th, 2025, the CFD team conducted detailed assessments for children and adults with disabilities, identifying needs for assistive support. Following the assessment, 20 assistive devices—including wheelchairs and developmental aids—were delivered to the beneficiaries, enhancing mobility, daily functionality, and overall quality of life.

This collaborative effort with ChildFund Sri Lanka reaffirms our shared vision of inclusive development, where every individual has access to tools that promote independence and dignity.
