Its services have extended beyond the Mannar and Vavuniya districts, drawing beneficiaries from across the Island, and earning the Centre national recognition.
The foundation stone laying ceremony was also graced by the presence of engineers, contractors, other priests and dedicated staff of Caritas Valvuthayam, who have all played an integral role in turning this vision into reality.
