Distribution of appropriate Wheelchairs to the PWDs in the district of Vavuniya.
Through the Centre For Disabled Unit (CFD), Caritas-Valvuthayam distributed 11 number of appropriate wheelchairs to the selected PWDs (Persons With Disabilities) in the district of Vavuniya. These are specially designed wheelchairs for the SCI (Spinal Cord Injured) persons. This event was organized by VAROD Vavuniya.

NVQL 3 certificate awarding ceremony;
The certificate awarding ceremony was organized by Caritas-Valvuthayam to honor the Computer Application Assistant (CAA) NVQL 3 course (Batch 3&4) students who had completed the course in the year of 2020. Commence the new NVQ level 3 December 2020.
Valvuthayam Vocational Training Institute launched the CAA (Computer Applications Assistant) NVQ L3 course for new batch students on December 2020, 36 students are registered for the new batch. The newly started courses are ongoing for 2 batches.
