Through the Centre For Disabled Unit (CFD), Caritas-Valvuthayam distributed 11 number of appropriate wheelchairs to the selected PWDs (Persons With Disabilities) in the district of Vavuniya.
These are specially designed wheelchairs for the SCI (Spinal Cord Injured) persons. This event was organized by VAROD Vavuniya.
