An project orientation session and skill development training programme was organized by Caritas-Valvuthayam for Refugee  returnees who had returned from Indian refugee camps in India. Caritas-Valvuthayam Director Rev.Fr. S. Anton had opened the training session by welcoming the participants with his introductory opening session. The training was held at Caritas-Valvuthayam training hall on the 9th March 2021. In total 65 participants actively participated and benefitted from training session. The objective of this training session was to empower and capacitate beneficiaries with skills and knowledge to identify their suitable livelihoods based on their capacity, knowledge, interest and past experience. At the end of the training session the beneficiaries quoted that they were very much happy and agreed to discuss with their family members regarding their preferable livelihood packages. Beneficiaries were given two weeks time to submit their proposal to Caritas-Valvuthayam for necessary action.
