With the increase in child abuse cases in COVID-19 epidemic, the CARITAS-VALVUTHAYAM with the funding assistance of Stromme Foundation organized awareness programmes to ensure the child protection in Madhu Division. The Children’s Club under the guidance of CBO, noticed that the people had failed to respect the Children’s rights and safety. Therefore, as to revive the activity, the Children’s Club at Kunchukulam and Iranaim Ilupaikulam created awareness drawings and displayed them at common places. This action of the Children’s Club has reached the heart of the people and has been praised by government officials and other village level associations.
