Through the CFD unit, Caritas-Valvuthayam conducted a mobile P&O clinic service at Batticaloa to take the measurement for new Prosthetic devices for the selected beneficiaries at Batticaloa on 23rd March 2021.

Four number of above knee prosthetic users and seven number of below knee prosthetic users were selected from the several areas of the district of Batticaloa.

A Denmark based organization called VSFEE (Vani Social Foundation for Economic Empowerment) was organized this remarkable event with the major funding contribution along with a part of contribution from Caritas-Valvuthayam too.

These devices could be completed and delivered before the end of April 2021.
