Under Civic dialogue special project Caritas valvuthayam organized an awareness workshop for the children. The topic was “Self-defensive mechanism for the children to protect themselves from all the sexual abuses” This was planned in the target village, Pesalai Word No 8th. Forty children between the age group of 8th to 16 participated in this program. Child protection officer from Mandhai west region was the resource person for this session. This awareness workshop was steered with the guidance and support of Fr.Anton,Director,Caritas Valvuthayam.
