Caritas- Valvuthayam conducted a psychosocial and family counselling session for the committee members of district level CBO representatives at Caritas-Valvuthayam conference hall. The activity was implemented under Misereor funded economic crisis emergency response program.  The district psycho-social Counselor facilitated the workshop and 75 CBO members actively participated the workshop. The rout causes for social issues such as family disputes, increased violence against women, increased drug addiction, negative impact of mobile usages especially among children and youths were also discussed and participants were empowered on mitigation strategic process to handle and deal with such social issues.
