Two days’ workshop was organized by Caritas Valvuthayam and Caritas HUDEC, (Vanni) at Kilinochchi. The main focus of the training was “Training on home-based education skills and rehabilitation of severely disabled to the mothers, Care givers and CBR team”. In this training CBR workers, preschool teachers, field officers and the parents of children with disabilities in Mannar and Kilinochchi districts participated in this program. From Mannar district 18 participants and Kilinochchi 18 participants altogether 38 members participated in this training.
