Under the guidance of Rev.Fr.Director, Caritas Valvuthyam, CBO of Maruthamadhu and GN joined hands to organize a Human Rights programme at Maruthamadhu Multipurpose hall on 18.09.2020.

It was started with an inspiring speech of GN and then it was handed over to the Resource person; he started with Group discussion.  The participants were divided into three groups with three questions (What is Human Rights? What are Rights? and what is Rule?).

According to the capacity of the participants, the resource person asked very basic questions regarding the fundamental rights with a few sample stories and incidents. With the answer of the participants, he concluded with his Power Point presentation on Human Rights, Rights, Rules and their roles and responsibilities. Participants clearly understood the rights, their roles and responsibilities and decided to take actions to create awareness among people for the betterment of their community.
