On 15th October 2022, a Certificate awarding ceremony was held for the NVQ Level 3 graduated students at Caritas-Valvuthayam Mannar Vocational Training Institute. The students who fruitfully accomplished (Computer Application Assistant (CAA) NVQL 3-course) were honored with NVQ level 3 certificates with the presence of project evaluation review session resource persons. Rev.Fr. S. Anton, the Director of Caritas-Valvuthayam has inaugurated the graduation ceremony with his opening remarks and introductory speech to the project evaluation review panel members and students. Following the certificate awarding ceremony, the project impact evaluation review session was conducted by the resource panel team with the participation of students into two focus group discussion.
