Developing Leadership and Communication Skills among Students: Insights from a Seminar Report: A seminar was held on 10.06.2023 at Caritas-Valvuthayam’s Auditorium for university students and School Children, aimed at developing leadership and communication skills among them. The seminar was organized under the auspices of the “Educational Assistance Program for Children Affected by Economic Crisis and War” project, sponsored by the Caritas Korea Fund, and attended by 40 students who received financial assistance under the program.

During the seminar, Mr. Sebastiampillai Nixon, Career guidance and counselling officer of Zonal Education Mannar, highlighted the Destruction of student’s life by irrespective of the social problems that arise for us and we should think of them as a challenge and face that challenge intelligently. And he further said Students should self- assess themselves and identify their strength and weakness.
