Exposure visits to Nuffel school for speech and hearing impairment children at Jaffna and Karuvi-technical training institute for the differently abled persons. Here we gained better knowledge and understanding in handling the speech and hearing-impaired children. As well as we learned about the possible technical course we can offer for the especially abled persons and motivate them to self-employment to improve their livelihood. CBR workers, project staff and parents of the disabled altogether we were 47 persons who participated in this exposure visit.
