Non Violent Communication

The session was focused to take a task of non-violent communication in relation to conflict transformation, advocating for human rights, through implementing youth initiatives in field by creating awareness on peace building. Through this session they learned to work collaboratively and understood the necessity of respecting for self and others, and also have learned the kind of changes that they can bring to the best values such as living as human beings inside and respecting it by establishing non-contradictory social exchanges. Hence they have learned, non-violent communication will build peace and harmony amidst the races through group activity.
