Through the Food security Covid 19 response programs, Caritas – Valvuthayam Mannar has distributed plants to 250 numbers of selected beneficiaries on 12th July 2021.
Four varieties of saplings were distributed to those who are interested in home gardening such as domestic vegetable garden, coconut and domestic fruits garden etc. Differently able families, low-income families, and women headed families beneficiaries were selected from the 20 targeted villages in the Divisional Secretariat division of Madhu.
