Awareness workshop on the defects on child birth and how leads to disability. This workshop was organized on 5th Aprill 2022. In this workshop we discussed on the following issues such as
- growth and development process of children, from infancy to childhood, and the decline in development.
- Early diagnosis and early intervention to reduce the disability.
- Immediate medical treatment needed to prevent disability.
- The needed rehabilitation involvement to promote changes in the attitudes of parents to care for their special child.
This session was organized at Valvuthayam conference hall, for the Manthai west and Nanattan division preschool teachers, catechism teachers, youth, and IRF members. Also, Rockids’ foundation, beneficiaries of rehabilitation therapy, and coordinators and staff of religious amity also participated in this training.
