Valvuthayam Vocational Training Institute in Mannar organized a certificate award ceremony for the 22nd batch of Information and Communication Technology Technician (ICTT) NVQ L3 course students, which was the first batch for 2024. On the 28th of August 2024, 25 students were honored with NVQ Level 3 certificates. Among the certificate recipients, 3 students have already enrolled in the Higher National Diploma course, while 2 have secured jobs in the private sector and a Government Bank. This E-Learning project was jointly funded by five Dutch foundations: Rockids, Wild Ganzen, Helping Hand Foundation, Havonos, and Ayubowan.
