Under the food security project, Caritas Valvuthayam Mannar organized an awareness programme for mothers on nutrition food at paarathy preschool and Annai thiresa preschool- Katpakapuram on 09th of October 2020. Mid wife of Vavuniya clinic center was the resource person of the above programme. She explained about the importance of nutrition in day today life,the ways in which a person can get nutritional food from home garden, preparation of healthy food,maintain the nutrition level and how to produce organic food at home.
