The 50 permanent housing scheme project toMullikulam Musali resettled war affected community has been progressing successfully even though came across so many policy level government procedures to get down the construction materials to project site. The project is financially funded by Misereor and being implementing by Caritas-Valvuthayam with the donor relation technical support of SEDEC. As of reporting period 9 housing scheme construction work is ongoing and the progress is outlined below. 1. 09 houses foundation works had been completed.2. 02 houses construction work is completed up to roof level. 3. 06 houses are under the construction of linter level.
