The renovated mini chapel in Valvuthayam ( Mannar diocesan social economic development center) office building was blessed and consecrated by the Bishop of Mannar diocese Most. Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Fernando on Monday 24th June. The Eucharistic mass was offered at 09.00 am with presence of Rev. Fr. George Karan ( The Secretary of Bishop), Rev. Fr. Desman Culas ( The Chancellor of Mannar diocese), Rev. Fr. Douglas Milton Lokhu (The Director of Kalaiyaruvi) and the staff of Caritas-Valvuthayam Mannar DC.
