In 20 target villages of Madhu DS division, Caritas-Valvuthayam under the funding assistance of Stromme Foundation, disaster/environmental committees are formed in each village with the support of government officials too.
To commemorate the environmental protection day, Kalmadu CBO in coordination with government officials planted 50 plants in the village which was highly appreciated by community and government authorities.
