Workshop on Non-Violent Communication skill.

The workshop on Non-Violent Communication skill was held on 27.07.2021 at Andankulam, in the DS division of Manthai West in the district of Mannar. The session was focused to take a task of non-violent communication in relation to conflict transformation, advocating for human rights, through implementing youth initiatives in field by creating awareness on peace building.

Through this session they learned how to work collaboratively and understood the necessity of respecting themselves and other selves, and also they have learned the kind of changes that they can bring to the best values such as living as human beings inside and respecting it by establishing non-contradictory social exchanges.

Hence they have learned non-violent communication which could help them to build peace and harmony amidst the races through the group activity.
